Pediatric Primary Care

Every child is treated like family at Sheboygan Pediatrics, where we strive to provide all-encompassing quality pediatric care at every stage of development. Your concerns are our concerns.

Well-Child Visits/Sports Physicals

Routine well-child visits to the pediatrician are essential to your child’s health and development. Your child may also require a physical before the start of their sports season.

Please remember to write down any questions you have about your child so that you will not forget to ask them. We strongly recommend that your older children receive annual physicals to be better able to monitor their physical and mental well-being. This allows us as providers to maintain a relationship with your child, so that in moments of emotional or physical duress, this relationship allows us to provide more meaningful care. Routine measurement of weight and height allows us to determine subtle signs of underlying illness before it becomes a bigger problem. If your child has had a physical exam in the past year, we are happy to sign any forms required for sports.

Sick Visits/Same-Day Urgent Care

If your child is not feeling well, we’ll make every effort to see them the same day you call our office.

Allergy Testing

Food allergies, seasonal allergies, drugs, medications, and even insect stings ‒ there is no shortage of allergens your child can react adversely to in their environment.

We provide formal allergy testing to help children and families take proactive measures to prevent allergic reactions of varying types and severities. Depending on your child’s allergies, and upon consultation with a provider, we may be able to administer immunotherapy. Some allergies may require a subspecialist referral.

Lactation Counseling

Are you a new mother and currently experiencing difficulty with breastfeeding?

Our Physician Assistant is a Certified Lactation Consultant and can help you overcome the challenges of breastfeeding and help you enjoy your newborn experience.

Child Behavioral & Mental Health

Childhood mental and behavioral disorders can have long-lasting effects on a child’s development and future success. If you have concerns about your child’s behavioral and mental health, we are ready to support them every step of the way.

Ear Piercings for Kids

Sheboygan Pediatrics provides safe and healthy ear piercings for children.

We use the Blomdahl Ear Piercing system, which includes piercing, earrings, and an after-care kit. We only use Blomdah’s Medical Plastic or Medical Grade Titanium in the earrings. Call 920-458-3331 for current pricing.

ROAR ‒ Read Out and Read Program

Reading plays an essential role in a child’s development. Through the Reach Out and Read Program (ROAR), our office promotes early childhood literacy by providing age-appropriate books to our patients at their well-child visits from 6 months of age through 5 years of life.
